How much does a watch battery replacement cost?
The price depends on the watch and the battery type. Write or call with the brand and model, and you will get a price before we start.
How long does a battery change take?
A standard battery change is usually quick. If a special battery or new glass has to be ordered, we agree on the timing with you.
Can you replace the glass on my watch?
Yes, we replace scratched and cracked glass on most wristwatches. Send a photo of the watch, and we will tell you whether it can be done and what it costs.
Is my watch still water-resistant after a battery change?
We close the watch carefully and check the gasket. We cannot guarantee water resistance without a pressure test, so let us know if you swim or dive with the watch.
My watch has stopped – is it the battery?
Often, yes. If the watch still does not run with a new battery, there may be another fault in the movement. We will tell you straight away.
