Coffee machine service and repair
Is your bean to cup coffee machine not drawing water, or does the coffee not taste like it used to? We find the fault, clean the machine thoroughly and repair it, for example the Siemens EQ.500.

Does the display say “Refill still water or replace filter”?
This is a known fault on bean to cup machines such as the Siemens EQ.500. The machine keeps trying to draw water, then stops and shows the message, even though there is water in the tank. On Danish machines the message reads “Vand uden kulsyre efterfyldes eller filter udskiftes”.
Typical causes
- Air in the water system, for example after a filter change
- A clogged or incorrectly fitted water filter
- Limescale in hoses and valves
- A worn or faulty pump or valve
Try this first
Remove the water filter, fill the tank with fresh still water and push the tank fully into place. If that does not help, we will.

Why does my Siemens say “Refill still water or replace filter”?
The machine cannot draw enough water. This is often caused by air in the system, a clogged filter, limescale or a faulty pump or valve. If removing the filter and adding fresh water does not help, we will find the fault for you.
Is there a warranty on the repair?
Yes, you get a 7 day warranty on the repair.
